Hi There! I'm Nikki!
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health Fitness & Exercise Science from Westfield State University, where I graduated in 2014. My passion for fitness began during my 13-year journey as a gymnast, sparking a lifelong fascination with exercise and the human body. I am certified in ACSM, AFAA, Nutrition, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness, Spin, and Barre. My professional journey in fitness started in college in 2012, where I began teaching group fitness classes like kickboxing and butts & guts, alongside personal training. After graduation, I then worked as a personal trainer and in membership sales for five years. As the owner of East Coast Womens Fitness I have been able to help hundreds of women achieve their goals. Leading workouts as a trainer or doing 1 on 1 nutrition consults or InBody assessments. I'm also a proud mom of Sophia, and my journey in fitness continues to be fueled by my deep commitment to helping others achieve their health goals.
